Landlords
Letting a property starts with knowing its true value.
From there, it’s about clear choices: finding reliable tenants, handling the details, keeping communication open. With us, advice feels like a favour, never a pitch.
Market appraisal and property valuation
The best way to get a clear, realistic view of your property’s rental value is to have one of our experienced consultants take a look. We understand the local market in detail, combine sharp local insight with solid data, and we take the time to understand your priorities as a landlord.
Whether it’s your goals, concerns around the ever-changing legislation or long term goals for the property, it all helps us guide you towards the strongest rental price for the current market.
Our valuations are entirely free and with no obligation.
Data-driven rental report
Not quite ready for an in–person visit? We can put together a tailored, data–driven
rental report for you. It’s free, and we’ll get it to you quickly.
Our reports provide an indicative rental value for your property along with useful
insights such as local rental trends and comparable lets in your area.

FAQs
What checks do you do on tenants to ensure they are reliable?
We run credit checks, verify employment and speak to previous landlords wherever possible.
How is rent collected?
Rent is usually collected monthly, by standing order. We make it simple and secure and have systems in place to make sure that it is passed to you quickly. All moneys are protected by the Propertymark Client Money Protection scheme. We’re accredited members of a professional body for your peace of mind.
What if a tenant damages the property?
We’ll assess the situation fairly. If needed, repair costs may be deducted from the deposit, always in line with tenancy rules and the tenancy deposit scheme.
As a landlord, do I need to register or follow any schemes?
Yes. Deposits must be protected in a government approved scheme, and some councils require landlord licences. We’ll help you stay compliant.
Are you regulated?
Absolutely. We follow the rules set by The Property Ombudsman and are proud members of professional bodies like NAEA and ARLA.
