Shepherd's Bush, Hammersmith and Queen's Park

Our Area

It’s been very hard to keep this page short. Without sounding biased (well maybe a little), there are so many reasons why we love our West and North West London location, that we could quite easily fill a whole guide book. However, we’ll try and curb our enthusiasm and hope that you get to find out why we love living here for yourselves.

Although only 3.5 miles apart, our offices cover two boroughs, Shepherd’s Bush in Hammersmith and Fulham, West London and Queen’s Park in Brent and Westminster, North London, which gives our area an incredibly full spectrum of cultural diversity. There is something for everyone so it’s not just “Hot in the City”, it pretty ‘Cool’ too!

Both areas have fantastic transport links, with TRL underground and Southern Rail over ground train stations aplenty, plus with regular buses into Central London and surrounding areas, getting around couldn’t be easier. The A40, A41 and M4 are close by and with the M25 and M1 within a short drive, travelling further afield is quick and convenient.

Properties range from mansions and terraced town houses to penthouse apartments and bedsits plus with continuous redevelopment in both residential property and business investment, the area is enjoying growing prosperity. We have quiet suburban residential areas with leafy lined streets and chic boutique shops to bustling streets with High Street chains and everything in-between. From West End to Westfield, we’ve got it all.

Football fan? Then you’ll already know that we are the home of Queen’s Park Rangers so get yourself a blue and white scarf and join in the fun at Loftus Road.

Music and comedy fans have lots to smile about. The Shepherd’s Bush Empire is just one of our many great live music and comedy venues and for those in the know, the Bush Theatre is the place to go to see the next big stars before they hit the mainstream.

Love sports and the great outdoors? We have a fantastic selection of sports facilities and you are never far from one of our many parks and open green spaces. Hampstead Heath is just one of our beautiful parks and Acton, Hammersmith, Ravenscourt and Wormholt Parks are just a few where you can enjoy anything from bowling to rock wall climbing. Or you could just relax and unwind……

Foodies are in for a real feast of flavour as we have a vast array of eateries with cuisines from around the world. Plus with plenty of small local markets and shops selling food and spices from every corner of the globe, budding chefs need never be short of inspiration.

Our schools are a big draw for families and with many reaching academy status, raising a brood here has become increasingly popular. Children are well catered for across both boroughs and we have many clubs and venues with activities ranging through sports, music, dance, theatre, art and more. Why not wear them out at one of our great parks and then enjoy a nice relaxing meal at one of our many child-friendly restaurants?

Not sure if London life is for you? Why not leave the tourist trail and take a look around the real London we all know and love?

Don’t forget to pop in for a coffee while you’re here!
